Stop in and give a big WELCOME to Reta Myers and Crissy Stone, our new manager and assistant!
Our Doggone Good Stuff Thrift Store is located at 915 S. Pacific in Mineola. We have for sale wonderful donated items at fantastic prices. All of our merchandise is donated by generous people of Wood County and surrounding areas. COME IN and find your hidden treasures Thursday, Friday, or Saturday from 10am - 4pm. Our phone number is 903-569-1250 and is only answered during business hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
WE ARE always in need of volunteers and especially someone that can help with moving furniture.
The proceeds from our store benefit animals that are housed at our APET Animal Center. All the animals are current on their shots, spayed/neutered prior to adoption and tested for heartworms and feline leukemia. So for the love of animals.....SHOP. SHOP. SHOP!!
Are you re-decorating your home, replacing some furniture or downsizing and have extra "stuff". We need your "stuff"!
Our Thrift Store depends on community donations in order to have items to sell. Currently, our inventory is low. Please consider giving your donations to us and supporting the animals.
Thanks for all your ongoing support. We are a Thrift Store for people, benefiting animals.
APET SPCA’s mission is to reduce populations of unwanted dogs and cats, and to diligently work toward the goal of reducing animal cruelty, including neglect and abandonment. APET-SPCA provides an animal center for strays and reduces population by spaying and neutering all animals prior to adoptions. Also, we recognize the importance of public outreach programs and education to foster a public sentiment of responsible pet ownership. APET SPCA also seeks to expand its SPCA-type shelter in our area to provide refuge and adoption options for a multitude of homeless dogs and cats.
- Increase number of animals re-homed or saved in Wood County.
- Gain a partnership to offer low-cost spay and neuter to community.
- Conduct educational programs/projects and speak to various organizations
- Obtain grants and increase donations to continue keeping animals in a safe environment and future growth
Our mission will be ongoing and we hope to broaden our area of impact.
Volunteer and get on our train to success!
